≡  Introduction of PCBN material Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride (PCBN) is sinteredby by CBN grains as key ingredient binding with metallic and TiN in high pressure and high temperature condition. Compared with carbide tool material, it has higher strength, higher red hardness, better heat resistance and wear resistance.   Ultrahigh pressure sintered PCBN body   Due to these features, PCBN inserts are not only used for machining casting iron but also for hard cutting materials such as hardened steel, roller, high speed steel and heat resistance alloys. So we can get ideal machining precision and machining efficiency.           ≡ Instroduction of One-off PCBN inserts  The cutting tips cost few raw materials and suit for semi-finish and finish machining that the workpiece has less machining allowance on one side.   ≡ The advantages & features of one-off cutting inserts •  Economy  Multi cutting tips brazed on one insert.
